How can I place my order?

Do I need an account to order from your website?
You do not need an account to purchase items from our website.
How can I pay for my order
Payment is by the methods on the payment page. If ordering by e-mail then funds can be transferred by BACs and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once funds have cleared.
When will I be charged?
The payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming your order has been successful. Only paid orders will be processed. We will not charge you for any failed payment transactions.
Shipping Policy
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of the order been placed unless otherwise stated. The speed of delivery depends on the method chosen when you place your order. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends, public holidays and bank holidays. You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been dispatched.
What countries do you deliver to?
We only deliver the gym equipment to UK and Ireland, however we can deliver internationally. If you require international delivery then please email info@sportsperformanceequipment.co.uk for a quote. All of our other products can be delivered worldwide with prices for international or UK delivery selected at point of order.
How can I track my order?
Orders placed via Royal Mail cannot be tracked. Tracking details for orders placed via the courier will be automatically generated and emailed over to the e-mail address used to place your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
How can I return my order?

You have the right to return any item or your entire order within 14 working days from the day you receive your items. Please contact us before sending any items back by emailing info@sportsperformanceequipment.co.uk
Unless faulty, returning items is at your own expense. Once your items have returned a refund will follow within 14 working days. If the product is damaged in anyway way when returned and not disclosed as faulty then the refund will not be processed and you will be charged in full.
How can I cancel my order?

As orders are processed as quickly as possible, there is a chance it will have already been dispatched. You may refuse the package when a delivery attempt is made or return all items and we will issue a full refund. In this instance you will still be charged for the delivery if delivery is refused. Please notify us if the delivery is to be rejected. Also note, unless faulty, returning items is at your own expense. Once your cancelled order is returned to us a refund will follow within 14 working days.
